Terms of Payment:

All bookings to your ayurveda holiday are not binding until a deposit of 30% of the full amount of the cure costs arrived on our bank account for Sales&Reservation in Germany. The details for the account you will find in your confirmation. The booking got confirmed by us in written form.

The outstanding amount should latest arrive on our bank account 21 days before the journey. It can also be payed by cash in our house on the arrival day. Please send us a note for this payment on arrival. UNFORTUNATELY WE DON´T ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

With your booking you accept our terms of service. The minimum booking time for your ayurveda cure is 7 days in the offseason and 14 days in the main season.

Terms of Cancellation of the Services

Namechange

If you provide a replacement, there won`t be any costs except 150 Euro service fee. 

Changes of Service (travel date / time duration of the stay, etc.)

• Until 6 weeks before departure date there will be only a 100 Euro charge for the changing
• From 6 weeks before departure date the changes will be treated just as a cancelling (see above)
• In case you have to interrupt the ayurveda cure earlier or you want to change services we aren`t engaged to any kind of refunding. That`s why we suggest you to conclude a travel cancellation insurance, so that any costs are covered when needed.

Early Check – In per Person: EUR 55.-

Depending on the arrival time at the airport a lot of guests reach our hotel in the morning after a long flight. After arriving you can immediately go to your room, if you tell us (at the booking) that you want to do so. Then we can consider that in our booking list.

We can`t guarantee this to 100% in the main season.

With pleasure we serve you breakfast and lunch on the arrival day and of course there will be a Welcome Foot-massage for you! 

Late Check – Out per Person: EUR 55.- 

You want to stay in your room longer than 11am on the departure date?

Then please contact us and we note down your Late Check – Out until 22pm. Of course lunch, dinner and a small traveling fare is provided.

Individual ayurvedic treatments will be prescribed by our ayurveda-doctor, depending on your health condition. It is important for you to always obey the instructions of our ayurveda-doctor.

You are not able to put in a claim for treatments that should be avoided for health reasons from the doctors point of view. Guests, that got prescribed medicaments in their home country, are only allowed to discontinue or reduce them, if they have a confirmation of a doctor of the academic medicine.

Suggestions of our ayurveda-doctor can`t cancel the personal responsibility of our guests.

If a guest has significant health diseases he must immediately tell our doctor because this could implicate, that certain treatments or medicaments can`t be prescribed.

Infectious diseases can`t be treated by us. With your application you assure us, that you don`t have an infectious disease.

An ayurvedic cure also can`t be conducted while pregnancy. Complications at the cure, especially in terms of allergic reactions, are only our area of responsibility in case of intention or negligence.

Our cure treatments are only a health protection. It can`t replace the treatment of a current suffer through a hospital stay.

Services you didn`t engage at the ayurveda cure can`t be restituted.

We don`t assume liability for disturbances through country-specific sounds (festivals, rituals, ceremonies, etc.), as well as for smells or injuries through animals!

The guests take the responsibility if they go on a trip, even if it`s organized by the PURE NATURE AYURVEDA HOUSE. This also applies for the transfer from the airport back to the hotel.
