Terms of Payment:

All bookings for your Ayurveda holiday are non-binding until a deposit of 20% of the total course price has been received in our account and the booking has been confirmed by us in writing.

The outstanding amount is to be paid in cash on-site at the reception on the day of arrival. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

By making your booking, you accept our General Terms and Conditions. The minimum booking period for your Ayurveda treatment is 7 days during the low season and 14 days during the high season.

Terms of Cancellation of the Services

Up to 90 days before arrival: free of charge
Up to 45 days before arrival: 15% of the travel price
Up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the travel price
Up to 10 days before arrival: 60% of the travel price
Up to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the travel price

Rebooking

If you wish to change the dates or duration of your stay, please note the following:
No fees will be charged up to 46 days before arrival.
From 45 days before arrival, the above cancellation conditions apply.

If a replacement person is provided, you will only incur a processing fee of EUR 150. No further costs will apply.

 

Changes to services (Travel Date / Length of Stay, etc.)

  • Up to 6 weeks before the start of your stay, a fee of EUR 100 applies for any changes.

     

  • From 6 weeks before the start of your stay, any change will be treated as a cancellation (see above).

     

  • If you need to terminate your Ayurveda treatment early or want to change services, we are generally not obliged to provide any refund. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!

 

Early Check-In per Person: EUR 55

Depending on your arrival time at the airport, many guests reach our hotel after a long flight early in the morning. You are welcome to check into your room immediately upon arrival if you notify us of this when booking, and we can note it in our reservation list. During the high season, we cannot guarantee this 100%.

Late Check-Out per Person: EUR 55

Would you like to stay in your room past 11 a.m. on your departure day?
Then please contact us, and we will reserve your late check-out until 10 p.m. Lunch, dinner, and a small travel snack will, of course, be provided for you.

Liability

Please refer to our website for the services guaranteed to you.
Individual Ayurveda treatments are prescribed exclusively by our attending Ayurveda doctor according to your current health condition. The instructions of the Ayurveda doctor must be strictly followed.

No claims can be derived by guests for treatments that, from the perspective of our Ayurveda doctor, should be avoided for health reasons. Guests who have been prescribed medication in their home countries may only discontinue or reduce these if they have confirmation from a conventional medical doctor.

Recommendations from our Ayurveda doctor do not relieve our guests of their personal responsibility. If a guest has significant health issues, this must be reported immediately to our doctor, as it may result in certain therapies being withheld or certain medications not being administered.

Contagious diseases cannot be treated at our facility. By registering, you assure us that you do not suffer from any contagious disease.
An Ayurveda cure cannot be performed during pregnancy. Complications during a treatment, especially regarding possible allergic reactions, are only within our responsibility in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Our Ayurveda treatments serve as health prevention and do not replace the treatment of acute illnesses requiring hospital care.

Services not used during your Ayurveda treatment cannot be refunded.

We accept no liability for disturbances caused by local or regional noises (festivities, rituals, celebrations, etc.), odors, or injuries caused by animals.

Excursions are undertaken by guests at their own risk, even if organized by PURE NATURE AYURVEDA HOUSE. The same applies to transfers from the airport to the hotel and back.
